PREP TIME:  5 Minutes

DIETARY CONSIDERATION:  Raw, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Sugar Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Gluten Free


  • 500ml Rice Milk or Almond Milk

  • 1 Scoop Sprouted Rice Protein

  • 1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon Maca Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds

  • 1 Teaspoon Lucuma Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon CinnamonADDITIONAL EXTRAS (Select as desired)

  • 1 Tablespoon Cacao Nibs

  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Sunflower Seeds

  • 1 Teaspoon Mesquite Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Gubinge Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Sugar or Agave

  • 1 Teaspoon Bee Pollen

  • 2-4 Drops Doterra Peppermint Oil


Blender Bottle


Add milk to blender bottle followed by base dry ingredients and additional ingredients of choice … Shake well and leave in the fridge overnight.

Next morning shake well, you may need to stir and mix chia seeds from bottom of bottle. You can simply grab and go or if desired poor into a glass and add some toppings like chia seeds, cacao nibs or hemp seeds etc…Either way you are guaranteed to enjoy your Breakfast!

Ideally prepare night before to allow ingredients to emulsify and thicken. This recipe however can also be made and enjoyed on the spot.
