ORDERS

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Once we have verified your order and payment details and have approved your order for shipment, we will email you again to inform you of this.

In the unlikely event that we encounter a problem when processing your order, you will receive an email from us detailing the problem and possibly requesting further information.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status by email, and you can also check the status in your My Account section through all stages from Order Placed, Payment OK, Order Ready to Go, Order Sent and finally Order Delivered

Shipping times will vary based on the service selected at checkout, please refer to our Shipping section for more information. Please note humanwellness.com cannot take responsibility for any delays to orders due to customs clearance or payment transaction delays.

Sales tax will depend on the shipping destination and will be calculated during checkout. For international orders, some countries will also require additional duties and taxes. Please contact us for further information.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal orders. We also accept American Express via Paypal. Human Wellness processes its online payments through secure servers. For more information about our security and privacy policies, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

GST/TAXES

10% GST is included in the prices shown in the online store.

The GST will be deducted from international orders at the time of processing for payment.

SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

Our shipping method within Australia is Fastway or Australia Post (Regular Parcel Post with tracking). Our standard flat rate for shipping within Australia is $9.95. Purchases of $100 or over will be shipped free of charge within Australia.

Orders received before 11am will ship the same day. Orders received after 11am will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and any shipping or transit times offered here are only an estimate as supplied to us by Fastway or Australia Post.

Tracking numbers and shipment method will be included on your “Shipped” email, however, you will need to nominated shippers website to track your parcel. http://www.fastway.com.au  or http://auspost.com.au

Should your item not arrive within the estimated delivery time please contact our customer service team.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We deliver to most countries. To find out how much it will cost to deliver an order to your country, add the items to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your country from the drop down list to obtain a shipping quote before finalising checkout.

We use Australia Post, UPS or TNT to deliver international orders. You will be  to able to choose either Express Courier International Merchandise, or International Air Mail (no online tracking). We highly recommend you pay the small additional fee for Express Courier to give you peace of mind with tracking.

International delivery times – International Express Courier takes 3 business days. International Airmail takes 7-10 business days.

For international deliveries we will provide a tracking number within 24hrs of dispatch, so you know where your parcel is at all times.

IMPORT DUTIES: Each country has its own import regulations, restrictions and taxes. Any taxes that may be charged for entry into your own country are payable by you.

*International shipping price range is based on a box weighing from 500g to 8kg, if your package is heavier than this it may incur an additional charge

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please choose carefully due to the unique selection of products we carry, We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website.

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please EMAIL US within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your invoice number and include a brief description of your order, and daytime telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss the return and issue you with a returns approval authorization.

Any items for return must be received in the original condition they were sent; i.e. unopened boxes, labelling and contents to be intact and in a saleable condition to Human Wellness Pty Ltd, 1/45-51 Huntley Street Alexandria NSW 2015

Returns are to be received by Human Wellness within 14 days of the returns approval. Any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment

GIFT VOUCHERS

All gift vouchers are sent free of charge.

SPECIAL SERVICES

If you require express delivery or postal insurance, or special services please email us at sales@humanwellness.com. A Human Welllness team member will then advise your shipping options and any additional costs. e.g. same day delivery within the Melbourne metro area, M-F subject to availability.

* Express Parcel Post is Guaranteed Next Day delivery Australia-wide in capital cities. Regional centres and rural areas may take 1-2 business days. Regular Parcel Post takes 1-3 days.
