This recipe can be drunk cold, room temperature, heated slightly, or warmed right the way up. The same goes for the sweetener. Feel free to use more or less, honey, maple syrup, agave, or coconut sugar.
PREP TIME: 2 Minutes
DIETARY CONSIDERATION: Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Sugar Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Gluten Free
3/4 cup Pecans (soaked for 6 hours prior)
2 1/2 cup Water (or more to taste)
1 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup (or more to taste)
1 tsp Vanilla Powder
1 tsp Lucuma powder
Pinch of Nutmeg.
Vitamix or Blender of choice
Blend all ingredients together. Adjust sweetener to taste and possibly add more water if you desire a thinner drink.
