SERVES:   1 + Extra Raw Chocolate

PREP TIME:  5 Minutes + 1 Hour Freezing Time for Raw Chocolate

  • 4 Frozen Bananas

  • 1/4 cup Hardened Raw Chocolate (Below)

  • 1-2 cups Non-Dairy Mylk

  • 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs (optional)

    Raw Chocolate:

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Nectar or Date Paste

  • 3/4 cup Cacao Powder

  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil or Cacao Butter, melted


Vitamix or Blender of choice


  1. Blend everything together (except the cacao nibs) until smooth, but not too smooth – you want the chocolate to combine but still have little chips of it in the mix. It’s a chocolate chip mylkshake! Pour into a glass or two and sprinkle the nibs on top if you like.

  2. Raw Chocolate: Mix all ingredients until smooth and ridiculously delicious-looking. I recommend adding other ingredients like mesquite powder, sea salt, vanilla, or anything else that could take this to another level! Dollop on wax paper with a spoon or icing bag and put it in the fridge for an hour.
